This policy explains the cookies and similar technologies (like browser local storage) used on our marketing site at phasehq.ai. It does not cover the Phase application itself, which is governed by our Privacy Policy.
On your first visit to phasehq.ai, a banner asks you to accept or reject analytics cookies. No analytics cookies are set, and no analytics data is sent, until you accept — rejecting is just as easy as accepting. We use Google Tag Manager to hold this "denied by default" state; the Tag Manager container script itself loads on every visit purely to enforce that default, but it does not, on its own, collect any analytics data.
