Cookie Policy

Last updated: 5 August 2026

1. What this page covers

This policy explains the cookies and similar technologies (like browser local storage) used on our marketing site at phasehq.ai. It does not cover the Phase application itself, which is governed by our Privacy Policy.

2. How consent works here

On your first visit to phasehq.ai, a banner asks you to accept or reject analytics cookies. No analytics cookies are set, and no analytics data is sent, until you accept — rejecting is just as easy as accepting. We use Google Tag Manager to hold this "denied by default" state; the Tag Manager container script itself loads on every visit purely to enforce that default, but it does not, on its own, collect any analytics data.

Your choice is remembered in your browser's local storage (not a cookie) for future visits. You can change your mind at any time.

to update your choice on this device.

3. Cookies we use

We currently set no essential or functional cookies. If you accept analytics cookies, the following are set:

NameProviderPurposeDurationCategory
_gaGoogle AnalyticsDistinguishes unique visitors, so we can see how many people use the site.13 monthsAnalytics (only after you accept)
_ga_<container id>Google AnalyticsPersists session state for Google Analytics 4 (GA4) on this property.13 monthsAnalytics (only after you accept)

4. Third-party tools

We use Google Tag Manager to manage the tags described above, and Google Analytics 4 to understand aggregate site usage. Neither is used for advertising or to identify you personally.

5. Managing cookies in your browser

Most browsers let you clear or block cookies and local storage in their settings. Doing so will reset your consent choice, so you'll see the banner again on your next visit.
