Multi-factor authentication
MFA is required and every login is protected by short-lived, single-use session tokens. Each token rotates the moment it's used, and if one is ever replayed after rotation, the whole session is revoked immediately.

Every connection to Phase runs over TLS. Credentials, ERP and integration secrets, MFA keys, are encrypted and held in Google Secret Manager, and all data sits on encrypted cloud infrastructure.
