By accessing or using Phase ("the Service"), operated by Phase HQ ("we", "our", or "us"), you agree to be bound by these Terms of Service. If you do not agree to these terms, you may not use the Service.
Phase is a B2B wholesale operations platform that enables electrical wholesalers to receive, process, and respond to customer quote requests via email integration, AI-assisted product matching, and quote management tools.
You are responsible for maintaining the confidentiality of your account credentials and for all activity that occurs under your account. You must notify us immediately of any unauthorised use of your account at hey@phasehq.ai.
Phase allows you to connect your Google or Microsoft email account to enable automated quote processing. By connecting your email account you authorise Phase to read, send, and manage emails on your behalf, solely for the purposes described in our Privacy Policy. You may disconnect your email account at any time from your account settings.

Your use of the Service is also governed by our Privacy Policy, which is incorporated into these Terms by reference. You retain ownership of all data you submit to the Service. We will not use your data for any purpose other than providing the Service.
The Service and its original content, features, and functionality are owned by Phase HQ and are protected by applicable intellectual property laws. You may not copy, modify, distribute, or reverse-engineer any part of the Service.
To the maximum extent permitted by law, Phase HQ shall not be liable for any indirect, incidental, special, or consequential damages arising out of your use of the Service, including but not limited to loss of revenue, loss of data, or business interruption.
We reserve the right to suspend or terminate your access to the Service at any time for violation of these Terms or for any other reason at our discretion. Upon termination, your right to use the Service will immediately cease.
We may update these Terms from time to time. We will notify you of any significant changes by email or via a notice within the Service. Continued use of the Service after changes constitutes your acceptance of the updated Terms.
These Terms are governed by the laws of Ireland. Any disputes arising from these Terms shall be subject to the exclusive jurisdiction of the courts of Ireland. Where you are based in the United Kingdom, the laws of England and Wales shall apply and disputes shall be subject to the jurisdiction of the courts of England and Wales.
